摘 要:为了适应我国建筑节能的发展趋势,满足人们不断提高的对居住建筑舒适度的要求,研究了一种集保温隔热、承重于一体的新型环保墙体材料——无机保温承重砌块.介绍了无机保温承重砌块的制作过程,分别计算了由无机保温承重砌块和普通混凝土砌块砌筑而成的墙体的传热系数和热惰性指标,并采用冷负荷系数法计算了二者的传热量和耗能率.对比分析结果表明:该无机保温承重砌块能够满足居住建筑围护结构保温隔热性能和建筑节能标准的要求,并具有很好的经济效益.The inorganic insulation bearing block,a new environmental protection wall material in the integration of thermal insulation and bearing,was prepared to adapt to the development trend of energy saving of buildings in our country and meet the requirements of improving the comfort of residential buildings.Production process of the inorganic insulation bearing block was introduced.Heat transfer coefficient and the thermal inertia index of walls constructed of inorganic insulation bearing blocks and normal concrete block were calculated separately.The heat and energy dissipation rate of both walls were calculated by cold load coefficient method.Comparative analysis shows that the inorganic insulation bearing block can satisfy the residential building palisade structure thermal insulating properties and building energy efficiency standard requirements,and has the good economic efficiency.
