摘 要:采用电镀金刚石钻头对碳化硅颗粒增强铝基复合材料(SiCp/Al)进行了实验研究,分析了入口棱边缺陷形貌及形成机理。通过钻削实验,研究了切削速度对孔入口棱边缺陷的影响。结果表明:钻孔入口棱边缺陷主要有宏观断裂缺口、颗粒脱落、颗粒断裂及破碎、塑性凸起等。切削速度越小,宏观断裂缺口和颗粒脱落造成的缺陷越明显;切削速度越大,颗粒断裂及破碎造成的缺陷越明显,且更容易出现多种破损形式的组合。The entrance edge defects of silicon carbide particle reinforced aluminum composites(SiCp/Al,containing SiC volume fraction 56%) were studied through drilling experiment with diamond electroplated drill bit.The entrance edge defect features and formation mechanism were analyzed.The influence of cutting speed on the entrance edge defects of the hole was discussed.The results showed that,there were four defect forms near the entrance edge,i.e.macro fracture,particle shedding,particle fracture/ breaking,and plastic bulge.Macro fracture and particle shedding became more obvious at decreased cutting speed(14.45 m/min,21.68 m/min),while the particle fracture /breaking became more obvious at increased cutting speed(28.90 m/min,36.13 m/min,43.35 m/min),and combinations of defect forms were very likely to occur at such high speed.
