两面顶和六面顶压机在高温高压合成中的特点及对比分析

摘　　要：通过对两面顶压机和六面顶压机的研究和使用,对两面顶压机和六面顶压机在高温高压合成中的特点进行了分析。两面顶压机具有腔体内部压力高、温度均匀及产品变形小的特点,六面顶压机具有生产成本低和生产效率高的特点。探讨了两种设备在高温高压合成的适合领域,并对两种设备在高温高压条件下合成超硬材料或制品时需要解决的问题进行了探讨。Based on longtime study and application of the belt type press and cubic press,their properties in high temperature and ultra high pressure synthesis of diamond were analyzed.The results showed that higher pressure,uniform temperature and small shape change in cell are the properties of belt type press system,and the cubic press system has the properties of low production costs and high production efficiency.At last,the suitable field of these two devices,and the problems of these two devices in producing superhard abrasive materials under high temperature and ultra high pressure were discussed.
