摘 要:标准《JB/T7984.3-2001普通磨料密度的测定》中的样品称量方法非常适合杠杆式分析天平,而不适合电子式托盘分析天平。提出了一种新的称量操作方法,电子式(下装传感器)托盘分析天平只需配置一种非常简单的悬挂工装即可完成称量过程和计算磨料密度的方法,方便、可靠、可行。由于悬浮被测物质的液体及其容器之总重,会因为是否浸入(通过悬挂方式浸入)被测样品而发生变化,两种状态下的称量值之差,即为被测物质所排开液体的重量,由此可以方便准确地计算出磨料颗粒标样的体积及其密度值。In the standard' JB/T 7984.3-2001 conventional abrasive-Determination of density',the sample′s weighing method is very suitable for lever type analytical balance,but not for electronic analytical balance with a tray.This paper presents a new weighing operation method,that is,electronic analytical balance with a tray is equipped with a simple hanging fixture.The new method is based on the mechanism as follows:the total weight of the kerosene for suspension of abrasive sample together with the kerosene container will be different,depending on the sample container totally immersed in the suspension liquid contained the sample or not.The difference of the weighing value from these two cases is just the weight of the kerosene displaced by the sample.By means of a calculation method proposed by the authors,it can be convenient to calculate the volume and the density of the abrasive sample.
