摘　　要：侦查公开即侦查机关就案件有关情况及案件侦查情况向涉案人员、相关人员单位以及社会大众进行信息告知的活动。随着近些年来我国社会主义法治建设加速、民主观念深入人心、社会经济文化事业蓬勃发展,侦查公开已经成为公安侦查工作中的热点问题。当前我国侦查公开实践已经取得初步发展,但仍存在观念落后、实质空虚、渠道单一等问题,结合当前社会环境与侦查发展需要推进侦查公开实践之发展刻不容缓。The publicity of investigation is the activity that the criminal investigation organs inform the people involved,the relevant personnel and the public of some information related with cases.Along with the speeded socialist law construction,the democracy concept is deeply rooted into the hearts of the people.Therefore,the flourish of social economy and culture,the publicity of investigation has become a hot issue for public security organs.At present,the publicity of investigation practice has achieved preliminary development in our country,but there are still some problems,such as ideas falling behind,essential emptiness and single channel.It is urgent to push forward the publicity of investigation combining with the current social environment and the need of the investigation development.
