摘  要:介绍了1 000MW火电机组水冷壁T23/12Cr1MoV焊接裂纹的产生状况,确定裂纹性质为再热裂纹。分析了再热裂纹的产生机理、影响因素。结合现场实际情况,从温度场均匀性、组装应力、焊缝成形、伸缩自由度等几个方面分析了再热裂纹产生的原因,并采取降低温度差、减小应力集中、提高焊缝的外观工艺、采用较小的焊接线能量、增加预热和后热工艺等措施避免了再热裂纹的产生。最后指出首先,受热不均匀导致的热应力是再热裂纹产生的主要原因;其次,消除外观缺陷、采用小的线能量、降低应力,可以有效减少裂纹率;再次,降低拘束度有助于降低再热裂纹产生的概率。This paper introduces the 1 000MW thermal power unit water-cooled wall T23/12Cr1MoV dissimilar steel stress relaxation cracking(SRC)situation,determine the crack property for SRC.Analysis of SRC mechanism,influence factors.Based on the actual situation, from the uniformity of temperature field,stress,welding,assembly of telescopic degrees of freedom such as analysis of several aspects of SRC,and taken to reduce temperature difference,to reduce stress concentration,improving the weld appearance process,adopts a small welding line energy,increasing preheating and heat process measures avoid SRC.Conclusion: 1,uneven heating,thermal stress caused in this article is to SRC causes.2,eliminate appearance defects,using small linear energy,reduce stress,can effectively reduce the crack rate.3,reduce the degree of constraint helps reduce reheat crack probability.
