摘 要:在440t/h大型循环流化床锅炉上进行了燃烧不同比例煤和石油焦混合燃料的N2O排放特性试验研究。研究了不同焦煤比、炉膛温度、过量空气系数和钙硫摩尔比等参数对N2O排放特性的影响。试验结果表明,随着焦煤比增大,N2O排放浓度升高;对于不同焦煤比的燃料,随着过量空气系数增加,N2O排放浓度均升高。床温对N2O排放浓度影响较敏感,随着床温的升高,N2O排放浓度降低。钙硫摩尔比增加,N2O排放浓度增加。试验结果对大型循环流化床锅炉掺烧石油焦运行具有重要的指导意义。An experimental study was performed of N2O emission characteristics on 440t/h CFB(Circulating Fluidized Bed)boiler co-firing of coal and petroleum coke with different mixture ratio.The effects of several parameters,such as different mixture ratio,bed temperature,excess air coefficient and Ca/S molar ratio on N2O emission were verified.The result show that the N2O concentration in flue gas rose with the increase of the ratio of petroleum over coal,excess air coefficient and Ca/S molar ratio.The bed temperature was sensitive to the N2O emission concentration,when the bed temperature increase,the N2O concentration dropped.The result data was very important significance for the large CFB(Circulating Fluidized Bed)Boiler burning coal and petroleum coke.
