摘　　要：教务秘书(也称教学秘书)在高校的教学管理中具有举足轻重的作用,直接关系到教学的各个环节,影响教学的最终效果。如此重要的管理服务角色自然需要相应的专业素质和能力以及缜密的管理思路和热情的服务态度。教务秘书必须不断总结提高,才能适应新形势下教务管理工作。The teaching secretary(also known as education secretary) has play a decisive role in teaching management of colleges and universities,directly related to all aspects of teaching,influence the final effect of education.Such an important management service role need corresponding professional quality and ability as well as the meticulous management of the service attitude and enthusiasm.The secretary must constantly improve the summary,in order to adapt to the new situation of educational administration.
