摘　　要：人才培养模式是培养高端人才过程中的一个重要因素,建立科学有效的人才培养模式也就成了众多高校极度重视的内容。本文结合近年来南京邮电大学通信工程专业在创新人才培养方面的努力和实践,介绍了"高、强、大"创新型人才培养模式,给出了创新型通信人才培养模式的具体措施以及人才培养模式的实际效果。The talent cultivation mode is an important factor to cultivate high-end talent process, to establish a scientific and effective personnel training mode has become the content many universities pay more attention to. This paper combines the efforts and practice of Nanjing University of Posts and Telecommunications Communication Engineering Specialty in the innovation personnel training in the recent years, introduces the " high, large and strong" innovative personnel cultivation mode, presents the specific measures of innovative communication talents cultivation pattern and practical effect talents of training mode.
