摘　　要：文章重点评价了教学秘书在教学管理中的重要作用,进而全面分析了莆田学院教学秘书队伍现状及问题,并且在此基础上结合实际情况,就如何加强高校教学秘书队伍建设提出了具体的对策和建议。This article focuses on the evaluation of the important role of teaching secretary in teaching management, and then analyzes the status and problems of teaching secretary team in Putian University, and on this basis, combines with the actual situation, put forward some specific countermeasures and suggestions on how to strengthen the team construction of teaching secretaries in colleges and universities.
