摘　　要：高校教务管理工作是高校管理的核心,关系到高校教学目标的实现。本文首先从工作内容以及工作特征方面对高校管理工作进行了系统性的分析。同时,结合具体工作实际论述了教学管理工作的实际探索经验,事实证明,通过对教学管理制度、管理手段的科学化改革,教务管理工作变得更加有效和严谨。只要我们与时俱进,拥有创新和实践的精神,高校教务管理工作会发挥出更积极的作用。The university educational administration management is the core of university management, related to the realization of teaching goal. This paper from the aspects of work content and work features of college management system are analyzed. At the same time, combined with the specific work practice teaching management work of the actual experience, in fact, through the means of management system, the reform of teaching scientific, educational administration management work more efficient and rigorous. As long as we keep pace with the times, with the spirit of innovation and practice, educational administration of colleges and universities will play a more active role.
