摘　　要：文章针对我国出台的《关于加快推进现代农作物种业发展的意见》中关于种业人才培养的任务要求,分析了当前我国农作物种业的发展特点及存在的问题,剖析了我国当前种业人才培养状况,提出高等农业院校在种子科学与工程人才培养目标、课程体系建设、师资队伍建设、人才培养模式以及学生就业观念的转换上要有新的创新,为培养复合型的种业人才作出贡献。In this paper,in view of our country issued the task of seed industry personnel training requirements in 'on accelerating the development of modern crop seed industry views',analyzes the development features of China's current crop seed industry and the existing problems,analyzes our country current seed cultivation condition,proposed the transformation mode and students employment concept and training of higher agricultural colleges in seed science and engineering talents training target,course system construction,teachers team construction,talent to have new innovation,contribute to the training of compound talents of the seed.
