摘　　要：目前,公安交通管理执法公信力对公安交通管理的有效实施具有重要的作用和意义,日益成为社会关注的焦点。由于主客观等多方面原因,公安交通管理执法公信力存在一些问题和不足,制约公安交通管理工作的长远发展,影响交通执法效果和社会效果的相互统一。需要采取多方面措施提高公安交通管理执法公信力,促进社会和谐。Nowadays,the credibility of law enforcement has an important effect and significance for the police traffic management and is increasingly becoming the focal point of the society.However,due to some subjective and objective reasons,there still exist some problems and shortcomings in the law enforcement of traffic management,which have restricted the long-term development of traffic management and affected the mutual unity of effectiveness of law enforcement and the social effect.Therefore,a variety of measures need to be taken to regulate the administrative law enforcement and promote social harmony.
