摘 要:采用单因素及正交试验考察了光合细菌沼泽红假单胞菌生长及降解黑索今(RDX)的最适宜环境条件。结果表明:影响沼泽红假单胞菌降解RDX效果的各因素主次关系为:RDX初始浓>PH>温度>接种量;菌体细胞的最佳生长和对RDX的最佳降解条件为:RDX初始浓度为20mg/L,pH7.0,温度为30℃,接种量20%;在最佳条件下,RDX的去除率可达73%。Single factor experiments and orthogonal tests were carried out in order to investigate the influences of several factors on the growth of cell and degradation of Royal Demolition Explosive (RDX) by photosynthetic bacteria Rhodopseudomonas palustris. The experimental results demonstrate that the primary relation of the different factors is RDX concentration > pH > temperature > inoculation amount, and the optimum conditions for the growth of cell and degradation rate for RDX were RDX concentration of 20 mg/L, pH7.0, temperature at 30 °C and inoculation amount of 20 %. The degradation rate for RDX reached 73 % under the optimal conditions.
