摘 要:在甲酚生产过程中会产生含大量混合酚的工业废渣,难以有效分离和利用。为了解决含酚工业废渣造成的污染环境问题,本研究利用甲酚工业废渣中的有效成分进行聚合,制成自催干改性酚醛树脂,进而用其制备自催干酚醛防锈漆,阐述了自催干改性酚醛树脂及涂料制备工艺和聚合反应原理,分别讨论了聚合反应温度时间对树脂性能和颜料用量对涂料性能的影响,结果表明聚合反应温度230℃、反应时间6-7h、金属离子含量3.5‰、氧化铁红10%、石粉15%,涂料综合性能最佳。A large number of industrial waste residues will be generated in the production of cresol. The component of waste residue is complex and it’s difficult to be separate and used effectively. The serious environmental pollution will be caused when the waste is discharged into the natural environment. In order to solve it, an effective use way of waste residue was disclosed in the paper, which was the self-drying modified phenolic resin and quick drying phenolic antirust paint were made by waste residue. The technologies of the self-drying modified phenolic resin and phenolic antirust paint were studied. The principle of polymerization was described. Polymerization temperature, polymerization hour, iron oxide red and limestone level were studied. The best comprehensive properties of the phenolic antirust paint were showed when polymerization temperature was 230℃, the polymerization time 6-7 hours, metal ion 3.5‰, iron oxide red 10% and limestone 15%.
