摘  要:建立了一种超高效液相色谱快速检测化妆品中防腐剂富马酸二甲酯的分析方法。样品经甲醇提取,采用BEH-C18反相色谱柱分离,以甲醇-水(25+75)为初始流动相梯度洗脱,以二极管阵列检测器检测,检测波长扫描范围190nm~400nm,目标物可在4min内检测完毕。结果组分在1mg/L~200mg/L范围内呈良好线性,相关系数大于0.9999,在5、20、100mg/kg三个加标水平下的平均回收率为90.1%~102.2%,相对标准偏差(RSD)为0.96%~3.2%,检出限为0.5mg/kg。本方法可用于化妆品中富马酸二甲酯的测定,具有简单、快速、灵敏、准确的特点。An analytical method for determination of dimethyl fumarate in cosmetics by ultra performance liquid chromatography was established. The sample was extracted with methanol. The target compound was seprated in 4 minatets on a BEH-C18 column by gradient elution with the mobile phase of methanol and water at a flow of 1.0 ml/min, and was detected by diode-array detection (scan wavelength from 190nm to 400nm). Calibration curves of the dimethyl fumarate was linear in the range of 1 mg/L~200 mg/L with correlation coefficients more than 0.999 9. The mean recoveries at 3 spiked levels of 5, 20,100mg/kg ranged from 90.1% to 102.2% with RSDs of 0.96%-3.2%. The detection limit was 1.0mg/kg. The method was simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate, and was suitable for the determination of dimethyl fumarate in cosmetics.
