摘  要:研究了以活性炭为载体的FeCl3·6H2O-AlCl3·6H2O复合催化剂水合肼法制备邻氨基对甲基苯酚。在以乙醇为溶剂的前提下,得出了最佳的反应条件:邻硝基对甲基苯酚15.3g(0.1mol),温度75℃,反应时间为5h,80%水合肼用量为n原料:n水合肼=1:8,催化剂:1.5g活性炭,m(FeCl3·6H2O):m(AlCl3·6H2O)=4:1(总质量1.5g),邻氨基对甲基苯酚的产率大于95%(HPLC)。Synthesis of o-amino-p-methylphenol by catalytic reduction of o-nitro-p-methylphenol with hydrazine in the presence of FeCl3·6H2O-AlCl3·6H2O complex catalyst was studied. The optimum conditions in the solvent of alcohol were showed as follow:For 15.3g o-nitro-p-methylphenol(0.1mol), the reaction temperature is 75℃, the reaction time is 5 hours,n(o-nitro-p-methylpheno):n(80% hydrazine hydrate)=1:8,the catalyst component was 1.5g activated carbon and m(FeCl3·6H2O):m(AlCl3·6H2O)= 4:1(the total mass is 1.5g) and its corresponding yield of o-amino-p-methanephenol was over 95%(HPLC).
