摘 要:在碱性介质中,铁氰化钾氧化鲁米诺产生化学发光,甲苯磺丁脲对该体系有强烈的增敏作用。基于此并结合流动注射技术,建立了流动注射化学发光测定甲苯磺丁脲的新方法。在优化的实验条件下,测定甲苯磺丁脲的线性范围为1.0×10-8mol/L 6.0×10-5mol/L,检出限为3.6×10-9mol/L,对于浓度为7.8×10-6mol/L的甲苯磺丁脲连续测定11次,测定值的相对标准偏差为1.2%,以片剂为基体,用标准加入法检验方法的回收率,测得结果在99.6%~100.5%之间,该方法用于甲苯磺丁脲片剂中甲苯磺丁脲的定量分析,结果满意。Ahighly sensitive chemiluminesence(CL) method for the determination of Tolbutamide by flow injec tion analysis was developed, based on that the CL intensity of Luminol-K3Fe(CN)6 systems was enhanced by Tolbutamide. The relationship between the CL intensity and the concentration of Tolbutamide was in a linear range from 1.0×10-8 to 6.0×10-5 mol/L. The detection limit of Tolbutamide was 3.6×10-9 mol/L, Precision of the method was tested at the content ration level of 7.8×10-6 mol/L of Tolbutamide for 11 determinations, and value of RSD was 1.2%. Test for recovery was made by standard addition method using tablets samples as matrixes, results of recovery were in the range of 99.6%~100.5%. The proposed method was applied satisfactorily to the determination of Tolbutamide in tablets.
