摘  要:10MW高温气冷实验堆(HTR-10)一回路安全泄放系统安装了两台核一级氦气安全阀,对反应堆一回路进行超压保护,是保证HTR-10安全的重要设备之一。本文介绍了氦气安全阀的设计要求、结构特点及性能要求,并按相关规范要求对其性能进行了实验验证。结果表明,安全阀的性能满足设计要求。Two sets of helium safety valves are installed in the safety discharge system in the primary loop of 10MW High Temperature Helium Cooled Test Reactor (HTR-10, which are nuclear safety class 1 components and one of the key devices to guarantee the safety of HTR-10. The present paper gives the design requirements and structural features as well as performance requirements of the helium safety valves. The demonstration test for performance of the helium safety valves were carried out in special test system according to the requirement of ASME Section III code. The test result showed that the performance of the helium safety valves can meet the design requirement and relevant nuclear codes.
