摘 要:节能降耗是目前我国在能源问题的重要议程。目前,随着电力行业的不断扩大,石油的需求量也逐年递增,然而电力行业中的用油里很大一部分用于火电厂机组的启动和低负荷稳定燃烧,在使用能源中做到节能降耗是目前我们工作中的大事。电站锅炉等离子点火系统的核心技术,是用煤粉替代燃油用于发电厂锅炉启动前的预热和用电低谷时的稳燃。此技术节省燃油资源,节省运行费用,具有巨大的经济效益。另外,等离子燃烧器中煤粉的充分燃烧,大大减少了有害废弃物,具有极其优异的环境效益。结合大唐安徽分公司淮南洛能发电有限公司三期2×600 MW的等离子点火和二期2×300 MW机组微油点火(气化小油枪)技术的应用成果,阐述等离子和微油点火技术带来的突破和效益,给电厂在机组新建和机组改造过程中对点火系统的选取提供参考。Saving energy and reducing consumption is a important agenda of energy problem in our country.At present, along with the electric power industry continues to expand,the demand for petroleum is also increasing year after year, however in the electric power industry,a large part of oil used in thermal power plant unit start-up and low load stable combustion.How to use energy to achieve ' energy saving' is currently placed in our top priority work.The core technology of plasma ignition in power plant boiler is using pulverized coal instead of fuel for pre-heating before start-up and stable combustion on low load.This technology can save fuel resources,significantly reduce operating costs,and has huge economic benefits.In addition,plasma burner in pulverized coal combustion,gready reducing the harmful waste,has an excellent environmental benefit.Combine with three period 2×600 MW plasma ignition and two 2×300 MW unit of micro oil ignition technology application achievements in Datang Anhui branch Luo Huainan power limited company,the paper describes the plasma and micro oil ignition technology breakthrough and benefit,provides some references of ignition system selection during unit construction and renovation in power plant.
