摘 要:通过对九江电网输电线路复合绝缘子的不明原因闪络事故进行调研分析,总结复合绝缘子不明原因闪络的原因主要有:硅橡胶长期在污湿环境下运行憎水性部分或完全丧失、爬电比距选择不合理、两端均压环或其表面粘附异物短接部分有效绝缘长度以及鸟粪通道击穿空气间隙。提出了根据污秽等级选择爬电比距、加大第一伞裙直径、选用加长型结构以及清扫表面粘附异物的防不明原因闪络措施,实践证明该措施对防治复合绝缘子的不明原因闪络起到了良好的效果。By means of analysis of unknown flashover accidents in Jiujiang grid transmission lines composite insulators, summarize of the main reasons of unknown flashover on the composite insulators:hydrophobicity of silicone rubber was likely to degrade partly or be lost completely in the long-term dirty and wet circumstance;the creepage distance are choice irrationally,equalizing ring on both ends or some foreign body is adhere on the composite insulator 's surface and the air gap is breakdown by the guano channel.The measures to prevent the composite insulators from unknown flashover were proposed in which the creepage distance is choice according to the pollution grade,the diameter of first umbrella skirt of composite insulator is increased.lengthening composite insulators were applied,the foreign body adhering to the surfaces of the composite insulator is cleaned.Practice has proved that measures of prevention and cure of unknown flashover of composite insulator has played a good effect.
