摘　　要：梳理统一司法考试制度的发展历程,立足于"正当性"内涵的界定,从价值评价视角对统一司法考试制度的制度目标进行分析,从制度功能视角对作为一种职业准入控制机制的统一司法考试制度目标设计的正当性进行阐发,是我国当前司法考试制度对自身合法性证明的合理途径,同时,也是对法学本科教育与司法考试制度之间存在的矛盾及其由此引发的对司法考试制度目标设计的正当性的质疑的回应。Based on carding the development course of unified judicial examination system and definition of justification,this paper analyzed the target of judicial examination system from the perspective of value evaluation.It gave an elucidation about the justification of system object design of judicial examination system from the perspective of system fuction,considering it as a reasonable way for judicial system’s legitimacy.In the meantime,it is a query response to the contradiction between law science undergraduate education and judicial examination system and the objective design of judicial system.
