摘　　要：采用六西格玛管理方法对芯样加工质量进行改进与控制,通过鱼骨图、FDM技能展开、FEMA失效模式分析等方法剖析芯样加工流程,找出影响稳定性的关键因子并加以改进,从而大幅提高芯样加工质量的过程能力,保证检测质量。Six sigma management methodology was used in the control of processing quality of concrete cores.By means of Cause-Effect diagram,function deployment matrix(FDM)and Failure Mode And Effects Analysis(FEMA),key factors which affect the processing quality of concrete cores were found.In addition,the improvement was carried out for those key factors,and process capability of cores Processing quality was raised by big percentages to ensure the test quality.
