摘  要:通过工程实例说明工字形护坡桩的优势,重点介绍工字形沉管灌注桩的成桩模管试验、施工工艺,并针对工字形桩钢模管刚度小、沉管过程中抗变形弱的缺点,提出了沉管变形控制对策。模管试验表明,全长工字形截面模管因整体刚度小,易受挤土效应影响而发生大变形,不适宜用于较长的沉管灌注桩的施工;而底部加翼的矩形截面钢模管以其巧妙的结构而使模管刚度得到提升,抗变形能力强、超静孔隙水压力低且易消散等优点,使工字形沉管灌注桩成为现实。Advantage of I-shaped supporting pile is shown with an example.Tube-sinking test of hollow I-shaped casing and pile-formed technology for I-shaped case-in-place pile are also introduced.Aiming at the disadvantages of its smaller stiffness and weak resistance to deformation during tube-sinking,the deformation control countermeasures for I-shaped casing is illustrated in the paper.The test shows that the full-length hollow casing with I-shaped section is not suitable for construction of long tube-sinking cast-in-place piles due to its small stiffness and large deformation induced by soil-squeezing effect,while the rectangular casing with wings in bottom can make I-shaped pile into reality due to its skillful structure,stronger stiffness,strong anti-deformation ability,lower induced excess pore pressure and easy to dissipate.
