摘  要:研究顶果木苗木在锰胁迫下的生长与生理特性及锰毒害后的恢复方法。结果表明,锰胁迫对苗木地径生长影响不大;苗高生长量随锰胁迫加剧,从9.3 cm递减到7.4 cm。随着锰毒害程度增加,顶果木叶片细胞膜透性、MDA含量也增加,锰0.6%处理时分别为18.23%、22.30μmol.g-1;SOD酶活性呈先提高后降低的趋势,最高为锰0.4%处理的252.24 U.g-1.h-1,锰0.2%以下处理的SOD酶活性低于空白对照(232.49 U.g-1.h-1);叶绿素含量随着锰浓度的提高而递减,并伴随黄化、落叶现象。锰0.4%以下的胁迫处理可以通过浇施磷肥得以缓解锰毒,促进苗木生长;但锰增加到0.6%时,浇施石灰的解毒效果最好。This paper analyzed the increment and physiological characters of the seedlings.The results showed that the managanese stess had little influence on the seedlings ground diameter,the height growth of the seedlings decreased from 9.3cm to 7.4cm with the managanese stess.With the increase of managanese poisoning,cell membrane permeability and MDA content in the leaf of Acrocarpus fraxinifolius increased,the results of 0.6% processing for each was 18.23%,and 22.30 μmol.g-1,SOD enzyme activity increased first then decreased,the highest content of 0.4% processing was 252.24 U.g-1.h-1,and the SOD enzyme activity under 0.2% concentration managanese toxicity were less than CK(232.49 U.g-1.h-1).Chorophyll content decreased with the increasing of the concentration of managanese,but with blade yellowing and deciduous phenomenon.Under 0.4% concentration managanese toxicity,the managanese poison could be relieved with phosphare fertilizer,and promote seedling growth;but managanese poisoning degree increased to 0.6%,the effect of lime water was relatively better.
