摘  要:经过多次对油茶病苗进行组织分离、培养、纯化,获得镰孢属(Fusarium sp.)真菌的纯培养,并采用70%白色甲托、40%枯萎灵、75%多菌灵、70%代森猛锌、50%福美双5种杀菌剂对该菌株进行室内毒力测定试验。结果表明:70%白色甲托、40%枯萎灵对该病菌的菌丝和孢子生长有较强的抑制力,抑菌率达94%以上。Fusarium sp.fungicidal pure cultivation was obtained by Camellia oleifera isolation,cultivation and purification for many times.The experiment showed that 70% of WP,40% of Inezin,75% of carbendazim,70% of mancozeb,and 50% of thiram 5 fungicides virulence determination test on the strain was conducted.Results showed that the 70% of WP,and 40% of Inezin had relatively strong inhibition power for the growth of hyphae and spores of bacteria,which had antibacterial rate of more than 94%.
