摘 要:以具有密集饱满鞭芽的1~3年生金镶玉竹竹鞭,采用埋鞭繁殖方法,探讨温度、植物生长调节剂、竹鞭自身特性等对金镶玉竹育苗的影响。结果表明:金镶玉竹鞭段鞭芽萌动及出笋的最适温度均为18℃,其萌芽率、出笋率分别为93.11%、81.83%;直径2 cm、鞭龄2 a的竹鞭埋鞭繁殖的鞭段成活率最高,为63.33%;长60 cm的鞭段经过300 mg.L-1的ABT生根粉溶液浸泡后的出笋系数最高。鞭段长度、植物生长调节剂类型及浓度是影响金镶玉竹埋鞭繁殖成功的关键因子。Using the 1 ~ 3-year-old rhizome with dense and strong buds and adopting the rhizome culture method,we discussed the effects of culture temperature,hormone treatment together with their own characteristics on seedling cultivation of Phyllostachys aureosulcata f.spectabilis.The results showed that the culture temperature of 18 ℃ was the best for bud sprouting and bamboo shooting,with a respective rate of 93.11%,and 81.83%.The 2-year-old rhizome with 2 centimeters in diameter reached a fastest rate of 63.33%.The bamboo shoot coefficient of 60 cm long rhizome was highest under the treatment of 300 mg / L ABT.The rhizome length,the types and concentrations of hormone were revealed as key factors of rhizome cultivation of Phyllostachys aureosulcata f.spectabilis.
