郑州市公园绿地承载力及防灾公园安全性评价

摘　　要：根据郑州市公园绿地和人口分布现状,对郑州市公园绿地有效避难面积和承载力进行分析,结果表明:公园绿地的避难承载力远远不能满足城市人口规模;以碧沙岗防灾公园为例进行安全性评价,分析存在的安全隐患;提出增加城市公园绿地避难容量、多渠道发掘有效资源、示范建设防灾公园等手段增加城市防灾抗灾能力。Based on the park green space and the population distribution in Zhengzhou City,this paper analysed that the effective refuge area and bearing capacity of the park green space in Zhengzhou City.The results showed that the park green space refuge bearing capacity was much less than the requirement of the urban population.The safety hidden trouble was analysed through the safety assessment on Bishagang Disaster Prevention Park;it proposed the increase in capacity of city park green space asylum,exploring effective resources by multi channels,and demonstration method such as the construction of disaster prevention park increase urban disaster prevention and disaster relief capacity
