论法治新疆建设的路径选择

摘　　要：法治是治国理政的基本方式。法治新疆建设是民生建设、跨越式发展和长治久安的重要保障。坚持以保障民生与服务跨越式发展和长治久安为中心,加快法治新疆建设,应坚持把政治文明作为总抓手,高度重视民生保障问题,坚持以现代文化为引领,积极构建高效、便捷、多元化的纠纷解决机制,切实提升各族人民群众的安全感和幸福感,努力使法治新疆建设成为推进跨越式发展和长治久安的强劲动力。重视科学推进地方立法,强化法治评估,促进法治新疆建设实现科学发展,努力使法治成为"稳疆兴疆、富民固边"的基本方式。Nomocracy is a basic method for state administration.Construction on Xinjiang governed by law is an important security for livelihood,striding progress and long-term stability.While securing livelihood and helping striding progress and long-term stability as s focus,we should take political civilization as a general center in accelerating construction on Xinjiang governed by law.Besides,we should stress livelihood security,adhere to modern culture as a guide,construct efficient,expedient and diverse dispute-solution mechanism to raise the senses of security and happiness among people in different ethnic groups and enable construction on Xinjiang governed by law to fuel up its striding progress and long-term stability.Further,we should focus science,promote local legislation,intensify nomocracy assessment and boost construction on Xinjiang governed by law towards scientific development to turn nomocracy into a basic method for stabilizing Xinjiang for prosperity and helping the locals get rich for stronger national defence.
