摘　　要：针对目前国内深层卤水资源在开发利用中存在的超采、布局不合理、综合利用水平低、严重污染环境和缺乏统一规划管理等问题,提出实施加强深层卤水勘探工作、建设科学高效开采提取模式、加强综合利用,完善产业链条、加强联合开发利用、增强生态环境保护和强化政府管理与监督等举措,解决由卤水资源不合理开发利用引起的局部地区海水入侵、湿地退化、地面裂缝和生态环境污染等一系列生态问题,探寻深层卤水资源高效、保护性开发模式与高产值、生态化利用模式,以实现卤水资源的可持续开发利用。It is found that there exist a series of issues in developing and using the domestic deep brine resources,such as overexploitation,unreasonable layout,low utilization level,serious pollution of environment,lackage of unified planning and management.Then we put forward to strengthen deep brine exploration,build a scientific and efficient exploit and transport model,enhance comprehensive utilization,improve the industrial chain,strengthen joint development and utilization,enhance the protection of ecological environment,and strengthen the management and supervision of government,which are used for coping with localized seawater intrusion,degradation of wetlands,ground cracks and other ecological issues in the process of brine resource unreasonable development and utilization.We explore a deep brine exploiting and transporting model with high efficiency and protection,a brine using model with high production value and ecological development,to achieve the sustainable development and utilization of brine resources.
