海洋围隔实验中的游离态多胺

摘　　要：在江苏南通附近海域进行围隔实验,运用高效液相色谱法测定围隔海水中游离态多胺的浓度。结果表明,围隔实验组中精胺的平均浓度最高,为17.13 nmol/L,亚精胺的平均浓度最低,为2.08 nmol/L;高盐度条件可提升环境中多胺浓度,对腐胺浓度影响最大;一次性添加硝酸盐氮(NO3—N)和磷酸盐磷(PO4—P)对环境中多胺的浓度水平有促进作用,其中对精胺和亚精胺的浓度影响最明显。一次性添加氨氮(NH4—N)和PO4—P与连续性添加相比,两者都可使环境中多胺浓度升高,与只添加NH4—N的情况相比,添加NO3—N和NH4—N更有利于提高环境中的亚精胺浓度水平。Mesocosm experiment was carried out in the sea area nearby Nantong,Jiangsu Province,in May,2010.The free polyamines of seawater in mesocosm were measured by HPLC.The results show that the average concentration of spermine is the highest,up to 17.13 nmol/L,and the lowest is spermidine,as low as 2.08 nmol/L.High salty condition can improve the polyamine concentration of environment,especially the concentration of putrescine.One-off high-concentration addition of NO3-N and PO4-P can promote polyamine level,and the effects on spermine and spermidine are more obviously.Continuous addition is contrasted with one-off high-concentration addition of NH4-N and PO4-P,the difference of the influence on polyamines is little.Compared with one-off addition of NH4-N,adding NO3-N and NH4-N is favorable for increasing spermidine concentration of environment.
