摘 要:曹县是地方性氟中毒高发区,为探明曹县地区表层土壤全氟含量的分布规律以及土壤氟含量与水氟含量之间的相关关系,实地采集土壤和地下水样品,用离子选择电极法测定含氟量。结果表明,曹县地区表层土壤全氟含量在325.75~574.25 mg/kg之间,含量波动不大,算数平均值为459.39 mg/kg,且由西向东逐渐递减;其表层土壤全氟含量与地下水氟含量无明显的相关性;曹县地区表层土壤已经受到一定程度的污染,在对当地氟病的防治中不可忽视土壤因素。Caoxian is one of endemic fluorosis in Heze city of Shandong province.In order to disclose the distribution of total fluorine in surface soils and the relationship between fluoride contents in water and in soil of Caoxian,samples of soil and groundwater were collected and measured using ion selective electrode method.It is shown that the contents of total fluorine in soils of Caoxian are 325.75~574.25 mg/kg,with an average concentration of 459.39 mg/kg,and decrease from west to east gradually.And there is no significant correlation between the contents of total fluorine in surface soil and of fluorine in groundwater.The surface soils of Caoxian have been polluted to some degree so that it cann't be ignored in the prevention of endemic fluorosis in the locality.
