摘 要:氟元素的存在是稀土冶炼清洁化生产的重要瓶颈,必须在稀土分离提取前进行除去.以氢氧化铝经高温烧结,制备出组成为γ-Al2O3的活性氧化铝为除氟吸附剂,对含氟硫酸稀土溶液进行了吸附除氟实验,考查了酸度、吸附剂用量等因素对氟吸附率的影响.实验结果表明:在c(H+)≥0.6 mol.L-1,吸附剂用量≥2.0 g.L-1,活性氧化铝对F-的吸附率>70%,而对Ce4+基本没有吸附作用,基本实现了F-/Ce4+的分离。动力学实验显示,活性氧化铝吸附除氟过程遵从伪二级模型方程,吸附常数k2=322.Presence of fluorine is an important bottleneck of cleanproduction in the rare earth smelting,so it must be removed before the extraction separation of the rare earths.The activated alumina composed of γ-Al2O3 was prepared by high-temperature sintering of aluminum hydroxide.Fluoride removal from fluoride-bearing rare earth solution was studied by using the activated alumina as an adsorbent.The effects of acidity,adsorbent dosage,were involved.The results showed that the fluoride removal ratio is higher than 70% when the acidity is over 0.6 mol · L-1 and the dose of adsorbent is above 2.0 g · L-1.A good separation of F-/ Ce4+ could be achieved because the cerium is not involved in the fluoride adsorption process under a high acidity.The kinetics studies indicate the adsorption process obeys the pseudo-second-order kinetic model very well with k2=322.
