摘  要:以NiO和Fe2O3为原料、V2O5、MnO2和TiO2为添加剂,采用固相法合成了NiFe2O4-0.5NiO.用X-射线衍射和扫描电子显微镜、液体浸渍法、维氏硬度计和交流阻抗研究了NiFe2O4-0.5NiO的组成、形貌、电导率和力学性能.添加1.5%的V2O5、MnO2和TiO2均对NiFe2O4-0.5NiO微观形貌晶粒产生细化作用.以MnO2为添加剂的NiFe2O4-0.5NiO的孔隙率、电导率和硬度均好于添加TiO2和添加V2O5的试样.In this paper NiFe2O4-0.5NiO anode was prepared by NiO and Fe2O3 as the raw materials(NiO∶ Fe2O3 = 1.5∶ 1) with V2O5,MnO2 and TiO2 as the additives.The effect of V2O5,MnO2 and TiO2 on the composition,morphology,porosity,hardness and conductivity of NiFe2O4-0.5NiO were investigated by means of XRD,SEM,the liquid immersion method,vickers hardness test and AC impedance methods.The morphology of NiFe2O4 with the addition of 1.5% of V2O5,MnO2 and TiO2 was improved.All the three additives refined the crystalline grain of NiFe2O4.For NiFe2O4-0.5NiO,the density,electrical conductivity and hardness of the samples with the addition of MnO2 were superior to those with the addition of TiO2 and V2O5.
