摘  要:含钛高炉渣具有光催化性能,可处理水中有机污染物.为拓展去除污水中有机物的应用,选用含钛高炉渣作为光催化材料降解酸性铬兰K.用悬浮溶液法进行了光催化降解实验,探讨了光催化剂量、紫外光强度、外加电场及添加H2O2对光催化效果的影响.结果表明:对含钛高炉渣光催化剂的最佳加入量为0.01g/mL的酸性铬兰K溶液,酸性铬兰K的降解率受光强度的影响不显著.外加电场可提高溶液中酸性铬兰K降解率,外加电场电压大于20V后降解率基本不变,加入少量的H2O2能够提高酸性铬兰K的降解率.Titanium-bearing blast furnace slag has photocatalytic performance,and it can deal with organic pollutants in water.In order to tend the application to remove organic substances in wastewater,the photocatalytic performance of the titanium-bearing blast furnace slag was evaluated through photocatalytic reduction of acidic chrome blue K.Effects of photocatalytic dosage,UV intensity,electric field and the adding H2O2 on photocatalytic performance were investigated by suspension solution method.The results showed that the best addition amount of titanium-bearing blast furnace slag is 0.01 g/mL of acidic glen K solution;degradation of acid chrome blue K in the solution is not significantly influenced by light intensity;the electric field can improve degradation of the acid chrome blue K in the solution,and degradation is constant when the electric field is greater than 20v;add a small amount of H2O2 can enhance degradation of the acid chrome blue K.
