摘　　要：劳工史学是劳工史发展的反映。加拿大劳工史呈现出多元化特征:作为劳工史背景的各地经济发展水平和生产类型的多元化,工人队伍中族裔、宗教、语言、技术的多元化,工人运动指导思想的多元化。因此,加拿大劳工史学也表现出相应的多元特点,马克思主义、社会民主主义、自由主义、工联主义、后现代主义、女性主义思潮影响并存,阶级和经济分析、包括族裔和宗教在内的文化分析和性别分析交织,共同促进着当前加拿大劳工史学的发展。Labor history reflects labor history development,the Canadian labor history shows diverse characteristics:as the labor history background,the level of economic development and production type are diversified from place to place;workers are diversified by ethnic,religious,linguistics and technology;so the guiding ideologies of the workers’movement.Therefore,Marxism,social democracies,liberalism,unionism,postmodernism,feminism are coexistence,class and economic analysis,cultural including the ethnic and religious analysis,gender analysis,jointly promote the current development of the Canadian labor history.
