“一流大学”首先要有“一流学风”

摘　　要："一流大学"的含义不仅要从结果方面去衡量,更重要的是要从大学发展的内在源泉、动力角度去认识。从后者意义上说,"一流大学"首先要有"一流学风"。要建设有"一流学风"的大学,一是要转变教育观念,二是要采取多种具体措施。First class university meaning not only from the results to measure,the more important development from the university of the internal sources,the power angle to get to know.From the latter sense that the class universities need first class style of study.University to build a 'first-class style of study' university.It is necessary to change educational ideas,to take a number of specific measures.
