摘　　要：血管紧张素Ⅱ通过与其受体结合诱导甚至加重了肺部疾病的发生发展,上述效应主要是通过炎症反应和介导凋亡及组织重塑发生的,抑制或阻断上述途径可使病情缓解。Angiotensin Ⅱ,through blinding to its receptor,promotes the development of lung diseases.The effect above is mainly occurred through the inflammation reaction and mediated apoptosis and tissue remodeling,and the inhibition or blocking the way can make the illness ease.
