摘 要:架空线路发生单相断线接地复故障时,接地点可能在变电站侧或负荷侧。针对接地点在变电站侧,考虑配电网的两类主要负荷(动力负荷和非动力负荷),对单相断线接地复故障时保护安装处、接地点、断线点和负荷侧的电压电流进行详细的分析,推导出各点处电压电流的计算公式,绘出相应的电压电流相量图,得出结论:保护安装处与接地点电压相同,与接地过渡电阻有关,断线点电压与负荷性质有关,负荷侧电压与负荷性质和过渡电阻有关。PSCAD仿真验证了结论的正确性。For overhead lines of medium and low voltage distribution network operated in complex environment,the single-phase line-broken with earth fault occurs frequently so that it impacts on normal operation of electrical loads and endangers personal safety.When double faults occur,the earthed point may be at substation side or load side.For the earthed points locating at substation side,the location of protector,the earthed point,the broken point,and current and voltage at load side are considerably analyzed under the consideration of two main types of loads(dynamic load and non-dynamic load),then the formulae and phase diagrams of voltage and current at every point are deduced.It is concluded that the voltages at the position of protector and at earthed points are identical,both being related to fault resistance,and that the voltage at broken points is related to load characteristics,and the voltage at load side relates to load characteristics and fault resistance.PSCAD simulation proves the correctness of these conclusions.
