摘 要:以铝粉和硅粉为原料,水热法合成方沸石,研究晶化时间对方沸石结构的影响及方沸石对Pb2+的吸附量。经XRD和FT-IR检测表征产物的结构,结果表明:方沸石是由无定型铝硅酸盐经中间相Linde B1转化而成,内部钠离子和结构水含量持续变化,当pH=6时,方沸石对Pb2+的最大吸附量可达14.50 mg.g-1。A new way was explored to hydrothermally synthesize analcime with high purity and crystallinity using silicon and aluminum powder as raw materials.The effect of crystallization time on the structure of final products and the maximum adsorption capacity of analcime for Pb2+ in aqueous solution were studied.The structure of the products was characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD) and Fourier transform infrared spectrophotometry(FT-IR).The results showed that analcime was formed from amorphous aluminosilicates,through intermediate phase zeolite Linde B1 and crystallized under hydrothermal condition,during which the amount of internal sodium ions and structural H2O varied continually.The maximum adsorption capacity reached 14.50 mg·g-1 when pH equaled to 6.
