摘 要:以管状木棉活性炭纤维(ACFs)为载体,四氯化锡与磷酸的混合溶液为浸渍溶液,采用浸渍和煅烧工艺制备负载氧化锡的活性炭纤维(SnO2/ACFs),以提高SnO2的光催化降解效率。经扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和X射线衍射(XRD)对样品测试表明,纳米尺度的SnO2在活性炭纤维载体上得到合成,SnO2/ACFs催化剂保留了ACFs的纤维状形貌。吸附和光催化实验显示,制备过程中较高的煅烧温度在一定程度上损害活性炭纤维的吸附能力,300℃下煅烧1 h制备的AS90(ACFs与SnO2的质量比为90∶10)的光催化性能最佳,且SnO2和活性炭纤维的协同作用最佳,SnO2降解亚甲基蓝效率得到提高。Photocatalyst SnO2/ACFs was prepared by impregnation and calcination processes using mixture solution of H3PO4 and SnCl4 as impregnation liquor and tubulous activated carbon fibers(ACFs) from Kapok as support to improve the photocatalysis decomposition efficience of SnO2.The test results of the samples by scan electron rnicroscope(SEM) and X-ray diffraction patterns(XRD) exhibited that SnO2 with nanoscale was obtained on ACFs and SnO2/ACFs catalyst retained the fiber morphology of ACFs.Adsorption and photocatalytic experiments indicated that higher calcination temperature damaged the adsorption ability of ACFs to some degree during the preparation and the photocatalytic property of the sample AS90(The mass ratio of ACF and SnO2 is 90 ∶ 10) calcinated at 300 ℃ for 1 h was the optimum.The synergistic effect of ACFs and SnO2 was the best and the decomposition efficience of methylene blue by SnO2 was greatly improved.
