摘 要:水系统集成技术是化工系统工程领域的重要分支之一,主要包括夹点分析法、数学规划法等.本文分别介绍了两种方法的步骤、特点以及适用范围,并就其各自的优缺点给出了评价.特别介绍了水网络设计新方法——浓度势法.浓度势法可以有效解决多杂质水流的浓度排序问题,从而简化多杂质用水网络的设计.浓度势法现已应用于具有中间水道的水网络、具有再生再利用及再生再利用/循环的水网络、固定流量过程的用水网络等设计中,并已成功研制出计算机软件.Water system integration is one of the most important fields in chemical systems engineering.The methods used in water system integration mainly include pinch and graphical analysis and mathematical optimization.This paper introduces the steps,the characteristics and application of the two methods,and evaluates the advantages and disadvantages of the methods respectively.In particular,the methodology of concentration potential is discussed.The concentration potential concepts can be used to determine the concentration order of streams with multiple contaminants,which simplifies the procedure of water-network design.With the concentration potential concepts,the design of water networks can be obtained easily.The calculation is faster and effective.The methodology of concentration potential has been used in the design of water networks,such as the water-network with internal water mains,that with regeneration reuse or regeneration recycling,that with distributed wastewater treatment and that with fixed flowrate processes.The computer software,which combines concentration potential concepts with LP approach,has been developed successfully.The design of water network can be obtained by the software effectively.
