摘 要:温度主要通过影响溶液的物化性质而对泡沫分离吸附和排液过程产生影响.本文以十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)为体系,研究了温度对表面过剩,泡沫层气泡大小,表观液体流速,泡沫排液速率以及泡沫分离效率的影响.实验结果表明当温度从15℃升高到50℃时,溶液的密度和粘度都呈下降趋势;表面过剩降低32%;泡沫层的气泡平均增长50%;表观液体流速下降74%,泡沫排液速率下降90%;富集比升高58%,回收率下降27%.Temperature is an important parameter which affects the performances of foam by way of changing the physicochemical properties of the solution.The sodium dodecyl sulfate(SDS) was used as the model aqueous solution.The effects of temperature on surface excess,the average size of bubbles in foam layer,superficial liquid velocity,foam drainage velocity and the performances of foam separation were investigated.The results showed that when the temperature was increased from 15 ℃ to 50 ℃,surface excess decreased by 32%;the average size of bubbles in foam layer increased by 50%;superficial liquid velocity decreased by 74%;foam drainage velocity decreased by 90%;the enrichment ratio increased by 58% and the recovery rate decreased by 27%.
