不同桩身材料对预应力混凝土管桩抗震性能的影响

摘  要:以预应力混凝土管桩振动台试验为基础,通过有限元软件ABAQUS建立实验的数值模型分析管桩在地震作用下的受力性能.通过对比振动台实验结果和数值模拟结果,对振动台实验结论存在的缺陷进行补充.本文首先模拟了管桩桩身材料为C80的混凝土桩身震动全过程.在此基础上通过改变模型管桩桩身的材料属性(管桩桩身材料变为为C60和C45混凝土),来研究高强预应力混凝土管桩与普通混凝土管桩的地震作用下的反应及抗震性能.结果表明,在同一地震波作用下,弹性模量小的管桩其加速度峰值放大系数、桩身位移、桩身弯矩都要比弹性模量大的桩大;桩身加速度放大系数沿桩身先减小后增大;桩身位移在桩顶附近存在反向位移的区域;桩顶附近出现负弯矩区域等等.为今后的预应力混凝土管桩设计和施工提供了可靠的理论依据.This paper builds the experiments' value model to analyse the pipe piles' mechanical performance under earthquake function on the basis of prestressed concrete pipe pile vibration table test through abaqus software.It is a supplement to vibration table test conclusion fault by contrasting the vibration table test results with numerical simulation results.Firstly,the paper simulates the C80 concrete pile body's vibration process.Then we do the research on the high strength prestressed concrete pipe pile's and normal concrete pipe pile's reaction and the ability to resist the earthquake under earthquake function by changing the pipe pile model body's material.The results show that,under the same earthquake wave function,the small elastic modulus pipe piles' peak acceleration amplification coefficient,pile body displacement and pile body moment are bigger than the large elastic modulus pile piles.The peak acceleration amplification coefficient reduces at first and then increases along the pile body.The pile body displacement has reverse displacement zone around the pile top.And there is hogging moment zone around the pile top and so on.All of these have provided a reliable theoretical basis for prestressed concrete pipe pile analysis and construction in the future.
