摘　　要：政党变革是内因与外因相互作用的结果,内部因素是政党变革的直接原因,外部因素是政党变革的催化剂。改革开放以来,中国经济社会发生了整体性和结构性的转型,党的执政环境发生了革命性的历史变迁。中国共产党通过意识形态创新,在组织建设中稳步扩大执政的社会基础,不断提高党内治理的制度化水平,有效整合各种合法性资源,在渐进调适的过程中不断提高了自身的适应性,增强执政党的调适性是中国政党变革和治理转型的核心主题。社会转型进程中的中国执政党建设就是在挑战中生存,在适应中演进的,这种渐进调适过程3的根本目的就是不断巩固党的执政基础,增强党的执政能力,执政能力建设是执政党调适性的基本立足点,最终通过执政党的转型与重构引导和推动中国国家的现代转型。Party reform results form the interaction of internal and external factors. Internal factors are the direct cause of party reform, and external factors are the catalyst for party reform. China's economic society has made overall and structural transformation and the ruling environment of the CPC has demonstrated revolutionary changes since the reform and opening up. The CPC has steadily expanded social foundation, constantly improved the institutionalized level of the inner-party governance, effectively integrated all sorts of legitimacy resources, and improved its adaptability in the organization construction through ideology innovation. Strengthening the adaptability of the ruling party is the core theme of China's party reform and governance transformation. China's construction of the ruling party in the process of social transformation survived in the challenges, and developed in the adaptation, the ultimate goal of which is to consolidate the ruling foundation and enhance the ruling ability of the ruling party. Strengthening the governance ability of the ruling party is the basic foothold of party adaptability, and then the transformation and reconstruction of the ruling party will finally guide and promote China's modern transformation.
