非均衡理论视域下区域高等教育的多元发展

摘　　要：作为研究区域经济学的一个视角,非均衡理论体现了区域经济发展的过程哲学思想。这种区域经济发展的理论也被视作为区域高等教育规划与发展的决策依据之一。但区域高等教育的发展并不简单地遵从区域经济的发展逻辑,它受诸如政策环境、区域文化、历史传统以及社会公平的多重因素影响。区域高等教育的多元发展,需要在考虑区域经济的非均衡发展模式的基础上,重视区域本土经验的积累与办学体制机制的创新,才能保证其持续的活力。As an important visual angle of regional economics, disequilibrium theory, which is also regarded as one of policy-decision bases of regional higher education planning and development, reflects the process philosophical thinking of regional economic development. However, the development of regional higher education does not simply follow the development logic of regional economy at all, it is inevitably affected by many factors such as policy environment, region culture, history tradition and society fair. Based on the consideration of the disequilibrium development model of regional economy, the diverse development of regional higher education needs to pay attention to the accumulation of regional native experiment and the innovation of school-running system to ensure its persistent energy.
