摘  要:电力行业是对气象服务高敏感和高需求的行业,气象条件对电力行业的生产和运营有较大影响,尤其是电力建设施工、生产调度和电力设施的运行维护等,均与气象条件有着密不可分的关系。本文主要研究气象灾害对电网的影响,分析电网气象信息系统的整体架构和功能,并实现于工程应用中。该系统的建成实现了常规天气预报功能,并实现了对影响电网运行的气象灾害的监测和预警,达到了防灾减灾的目标,可进一步提高电网的稳定运行水平。As electric power industry is highly sensitive to and high-demand for weather service,weather conditions have greater influence on production and operation of power industry,especially electric power construction,production scheduling and maintenance of power facilities.This paper mainly studies impact of meteorological disasters on grid and analyzes overall structure and functions of grid meteorological information system,and implemented in engineering applications.With constructions of grid meteorological information system,it will realize conventional weather forecast and also realize monitoring and early warning of meteorological disaster affecting grid operation to achieve goal of disaster prevention and mitigation.Ultimately it will further improve level of stable operation of grid.
