摘　　要：本文基于小湾电厂和南方电网±800 kV直流系统孤岛运行的背景,提出了孤岛情况下系统遇到的问题,阐述了孤岛模式下水轮机调速系统采取的控制策略,包括控制模式的转换、控制参数的切换和控制算法的优化等,着重分析了孤岛模式下调速器控制模式转换模式和调节参数的选择方法,最后以小湾水电站具体应用情况,验证本文给出的控制策略的有效性。Basing on the background of the of Xiaowan Power Plant and Southern Power Grid ±800 kV DC system islanding,the article presents the problems and elaborates the control strategy of islanding mode.Including the conversion of control mode,the switching of the control parameters,the optimization of the control algorithm and so on.Having a focus on the conversion mode of governor control mode,the selection method of adjusting the parameters of islanding mode.Finally,the effectiveness of the control strategy is verified on the specific application of the Xiaowan Hydropower Station.
