摘　　要：本文对智能化大坝安全监测系统的目的、意义、特点、技术、功能、组成做了全面介绍,并着重叙述了系统的"智能"特征,将系统"智能"与人类智能进行了类比,以此阐明传感仪器、采集传输和信息管理是系统智能化的基础,分析评估和决策支持是系统智能化的标志,使大坝安全监测"智能化"的概念和含义更趋清晰。This thesis gives a comprehensive introduction to Intelligent Dam Safety Monitoring System,including its purpose,meaning,characteristic,technology,function and composition,in which emphasizing the 'Intelligent' characteristic.Moreover,it adopts a metaphor of human intelligence to clarify that sensors,as well as information acquisition,transmission and management are the basis of system intelligence,while analysis & evaluation and decision support being the particular symbol.In a word,this thesis helps specifying the definition of 'Intelligence' for dam safety monitoring system.
