摘  要:为有效实现九龙河集控少弃水多发电,提高流域水电站经济效益的目标,在充分考虑九龙河集控流域水库间水力关系特殊性的基础上,根据九龙河集控特性建立了数学模型,有效避免了固定比例系数算法的局限性。文章介绍了九龙河集控概况和经济运行系统开发的原则,概述了九龙河集控的经济数学模型及其特点。该系统的投入使用使得复杂的流域水电站调度实现了由人工到自动化的转变,根据经济运行算法自动分配各电站负荷,有效提高了电站运行效率;其中沙坪水电站和偏桥水电站因水力联系密切但基本无库容,特为其采用非常规策略。With the purpose of water saving and economic benefit improving in hydropower station,we lucubrate all the feature of Jiulong Valley Control Centre,consider of the particular relationship between the reservoirs,and make mathematical modelling to avoid boundedness of Fixed Ratio Method.This article presents general situation of Jiulong Valley Control Centre,and the principle for developing economic operation system,also present economic mathematical modeling and its characteristic.The system will make the change from manual to automation in complex Watershed management of valley hydropower station came to true,it improves operation efficiency in power-station by using economic algorithm to distribute load.Thereto,there's almost no capacity reservoir between Shaping and Pianqiao Hydropower,although intimate contact within them,we apply abnormal strategy for their economic operation system.
